If you got a flat, would you know how to repair it yourself?

Real Cyclists

From WonderHowto

If you ever got a flat out there and you are alone, would you know how to repair the flat and get home.  First all, you have to make sure that when you leave for a ride you have the following(even for a short distance.  I learned this the hard way.  I got a flat without a the tools only 3 km from nearest vulcanizing shop.  I had to walk the distance with my cycling shoes on.  How awkward and tiring):

Flat tire tools:

l.  spare interior;
2. portable air pump (high capacity)
3.  patch kit which include the tire irons

Without the 3 stuff, you can't repair the flat.  If you do not have QR, bring always s small adjustable wrench or # 13 or 15 wrench as the case maybe.
