Is it just sound mind in a sound body? Can cycling help you stay thinking younger?
Yes. Cycling, using HIIT can make you 20 years younger in terms of strength (and maybe appearance too) according to the recent post we have made. (The missing fountain of youth?)
It too can make you think sharp. If you stop exercising, you start going downhill, in as little as 6 weeks.
So keep on cycling and exercising. Exercise is medicine and you do not need prescription for this. And no PF for this post!
But beware of road hazards. Bike safely.
