Cancer-Killing "Smart Bomb" That
Can Easily be Found in Your Kitchen...

Dear Jorge,

There is a cancer-killing nutrient in your kitchen, right now, that acts like a "smart bomb" against cancer cells.

It's called sulforaphane, one of the main phytonutrients in a specific type of food. Researchers are hailing it as a breakthrough that offers real hope for preventing and defeating cancer.

A new research study has shown for the first time how sulforaphane can selectively target and kill cancer cells. At the same time, it leaves healthy cells alone. The findings are breakthrough for the potential use of sulforaphane in cancer prevention and treatment.

But this is just the tip of the iceberg...

I'm Dr. Victor Marchione and I'm revealing this and 16 other amazing "healing foods" in my newest report that you can see here.

Along with the "Cancer Smart Bomb," you'll also discover:

- A natural cholesterol fighter that brings bad levels down 30%

- A little-known, but effective method to lowering your blood pressure without harmful prescription drugs

- A fruit that can fight Alzheimer's Disease

- A pain-reliever that is actually a tasty treat you probably crave for

Like I said, this is just the beginning. To see all of these "healing foods" revealed, click here to see my newest special report.

To your health,
Victor Marchione, M.D.

P.S. If you want to find out about the delicious fruit that burns belly fat, fights heart disease and can soothe arthritis pain, then you have to click here and see my latest report. This breakthrough can be found about halfway through. Enjoy!

I met two MTB's at the ground breaking of Holy Angels Morong columbarium - one is a priest!

Real Cyclists

Morong Rizal,  PHL   May 25, 2013

                                   Ric Pacheco

I attended and even delivered welcome remarks for the ground breaking of Holy Angels columbarium at Taghangin,  Morong, Rizal.  There I met two mountain bikers:   Ric Pacheco (related to the artist in Morong Rizal) Rev. Fr. Celso Bagabaldo, the parish priest of San Guillermo, Teresa, Rizal.  He blessed the ground breaking

I had a long talk with Ric:   on gears, shoes, chain, lubricating chains,  benefits of biking, IBW in biking.  It is a convergence of sorts.  Business and  hobbies come together.

A child of one of the land owners of Holy Angels Memorial Park, happens to  be a mountain biker too.

Tour de France champion Sir Wiggins and Giro champ Ryder Hesjedal withdraw from Giro de Italia

Real Cyclists

Repost from USA Today | May 17, 2013

Two defending champs:   Sir Bradley Wiggins (UK) for Tour de France and Ryder Hesjedal (Can) for Giro both withdrew (DNF) from Giro de Italia because of health conditions.  Wiggins had chest problems, and Ryder was said to have "deteriorating health conditions"

They both withdrew just before the 13th leg - the longest though mostly flat course.

The race ends on May 26, 2013

My bike ride today May 19, 2013

Real Cyclists

Rizal  PHL  May 19, 2013

I biked today to Morong via Antipolo.  I met many guys going to Morong via Cardona.

I wanted to strengthen my climbing ability and at the same time take pollution pictures.  I took many pollution pictures and arrived at Morong at almost 9 am.  There were no Recyclists in sight.

There I saw master E.  He again broke a spoke of his Shimano RS wheel at the rear.  What could be the causes?   His fall after he broke as spoke then at Teresa must have damaged other spokes, he pedals hard;  his replacement last time was not the original Shimano RS replacement part.

I and he pedalled very slowly and it was almost 11 when we reached Angono
