There is a feature at Nat Geo that asks the question "When will you die" or reverse, how will you live longer.  What are those that cause you to age faster?

Causes of fast aging

1.  Sun

2.  Sitting on a chair;

3. Commuting in a car;

What can you do to live longer (past 70)

1.  Floss your teeth;

2.  Buy a bike;

3.  Drink some wine occasionally;

4.  Eat more raw food;

5.  Have more sex (more than l56 per year)

6.  Drink coffee instead of juice

Other longevity tips from Japanese:

1.  More spirituality;

2.  Community, circle of friends

3.  Stop eating when you feel 80% full

Where is longevity the highest?

It is highest in Monaco, because of the highest per capita income and better health care:

1.  Naps,

2.  Green vegies

3.  Exercise,

4.  Grape based wine (full of phyto nutrients)
