Bisikleta Iglesia 2013 - continuation

Real Cyclists

Rizal   PHL   | March 29, 2013

The Visita Iglesia 2012 is a well visited post of this site throughout the year.  Maybe the friends of this site are religious.  Now this is the 2013 version which we did yesterday, March 28, 2013

The previous post only covered the until Tanay church.  Just the 3 churches cover occupy too much space and it was difficult to post.  Here are the rest of the pictures:

4.  Baras church

 The old Baras church

5. Morong Church

I met my cousins here:  Ate Waweng, Pelay, Divina, Noneng and Arch. Nenette doing the Visita Iglesia.  They did not initially recognize me!

                                           Group Pic outside the church

6.  Cardona church

The Cardona church is well known for its impressive display of saints.  Last year, the display was inside the church yard.  However, the display now is at the gym.  Many because of the heat do not go there anymore and thus the church does not look as interesting as before

New perspective of the  Cardonachurch and its tower.

Holy Angel greets you at the entrance

                                   Nice glass decors

7 Angono Church

It was past 12:00 (12:13 to be exact) and everybody was tired, hungry and thirsty.  Everybody was eager for the "panigang" at Armin's house (some 200 meters away).  No more photo ops as there had been a plenty elsewhere.   And besides, you see your own church very often.

The Angono church with new multi million retablo

Sangbangka arch visible from the church;  that is Luis and Pangskie(?)
Smith, Ben, and Chito;  Ben has pabasa

Making a beeline for the panigang. (We stayed at the church for only 4 minutes)!

It is finished;   the posting of this 7 church visita Iglesia has been a more than  half day penitence.  Amen.
