All of a sudden my bike front headset got tight and could not turn it freely enough. So I disassembled and greased this. However when I reassembled this the situation got worse - the headset got tighter. I could have made a terrible job of reassembly.
I brought to mechanic whom I gave some money occasionally even there was no job done, The amount was equivalent to job ordered (substantial) However he didnt even flinch and said come back the other day.
So I tried to repair the problem my self. On my 4th try I got this. I placed some shims here and there and removed one of the parts. There seem to be an extra lock ring that was not needed. And so... I can use the bike again. Thanks to me....
