Biking - Does it Affect your Sex Life?

 Since it is raining again, we can not bike.  It is nice to talk about this interesting topic.

The comments are divided in many literature.

Some say that since you are stronger, you last longer doing it.  Since exercise promotes the secretion of testoterone, your drive becomes stronger.  Hence, a group of cyclists say that biking make you GIB (great in bed. They spend enless hours pleasuring their partners, loved ones.

However anonther group says that they experience numbness and loss of sensation due to the pressure of your crotch vs the bike seat. Well these are the things you can do:

l.  Fit your bike properly.  Consult books on correcc measurement of the correct seat height. Usually the very low seat height produces the numbing sensation.  Since your full weight is on the seat, the underside of the scrotum's nerves and blood vessels are pressed on the seat.  The nerves and the blood vessels are damaged.

2.  Invest in a seat.  The best seats have slots in the middle that reduces the pressure on the penis and scrotum.

3. Stand once in a while while biking, especially on hill climbs.  Studies have shown that this simple act radically reduces numbness in most men.
