Our bike ride to Ternate last Sunday December 1, 2013 was our finest, defining moment

Wheels of Happiness

Angono, Rizal Philippine  | December 5, 2013

Up to now my thighs and body are complaining of pains, a result of last Sunday's ride.  I made an earlier post that was our most challenging, most technical climb.  Gerry and the rest at FB would like to think so.

Compared to various rides:

1.  Real is l00 km ride, there are hill climbs, but we rode the first 100 km one way, spent the night there and road back the following day;

2. Same with Baguio.  We rode 200 km one way up to Urdaneta  slept there and rode Baguio, 40 km away the follwing day.

3.  Bitukang Manok.  That is over 150 km one way, we ride up to Bitukang Manok the last 5 km as the most challenging hard part.

But Ternate was 80 km ride flat one way, 20 km difficult like climbing up Kennon road or Bitukang Manok (but were looking false flat) (total 100 km) ride back the 20 km hard ride and ride back to Angono.  Nothing matched was like it.

That ride separated the boys from men, and showed who were real men.  Real Cyclists

That was our finest moment.  Congratulations everyone.
