Biking and health
Yesterday was the bike ride of the Recyclists around Laguna Lake. I missed all ready 3 important long rides: to Atimonan, round Jalajala and today round Laguna. We had a corporate conference today which I could not leave.
The assembly according to the text messages was at Pag Asa Hiway at 530. However, at around 8, the group was only at Pisong Kape. Then at around l1:00 I texted Pareng Luis and inquired their location and said they were only at Calauang because somebody (Nanding - his gears got caught up somewhere in the gears; however he only had minor scratches according to Richard) crashed at Bugarin. By 11 they could be at Los Banos all ready. Then the last text by Pareng Luis, which is uncharacterestic of the guys was that Joel was beginning to have cramps. And therefore had to slow down.
They arrived at homebase at 5 pm.
I hope everybody is fine. Congrats to the intrepid 15 guys who joined the ride
