Pisong kape nearly filled to capacity at this hour - these are Taytay bikers
Many bikers, even the high end ones, prefer to eat, rest, and drink at Pisong Kape. Food and drinks there are pricey though, but it is clean, nice decor and service, and has plenty of tables. There is also clean cr, and free cold water to drink to boot.
