The view of the Cardona diversion from Manila East Road in Morong
Its a holiday today for the province of Rizal. There is no work today and it means I can ride bike today. But it was raining hard at 6:00 am and I was able to leave at 6:30. I was in Morong by 730. Lo and behold, in Cardona, there was no rain.
I passed through the dreaded diversion road of Cardona. It is steeper than Antipolo or Bugarin or Caliraya.
I checked the 112th June 11, Rizal independence day celeb and there was none in Morong, Cardona, and Binangonan; there was in Angono.
