The more important thing to watch is your waistline. A big waistline means that you have plenty of fats on your liver, lungs and heart and they have to work harder, and may malfunction much earlier. The longevity of a person is inversely proportional to the size of his/her waistline. I have researched these free video to trim your waistline.
