Bike and Save the Earth
I met Ben today at Morong and he boasted that he is OK from the BPH (benign prostate hyperplasty). He said he followed these advices:
l. Take warm bath
2. Eat squash seeds (rich in zinc)
3. Eat watermelon (pakwan)
4. Engage in SI regularly (another variety of pakwan)
He says that his urination is back to normal. Thanks to this corner for the advice

Ben, Who Joined the Visita Iglesia Today, is Improving
Bike and Save the Earth
I conversed with Ben today who was diagnosed with BPH earlier. He said he is improving. He practices warm baths, drinks plenty of water during daytime, eats pumpkin seeds, does SI often, and eat lots of watermelon. That is good news for him He says he follows the sensible advice published earlier on this topic.
However, he takes soya milk. And I read soya does not bode well for BPH.

Cure for Guys with Prostate Problems is Food Rich in Zinc
Bike and Save the Earth
We have discussed in several posts some of the problems of fellow bikers with regards to BPH - enlarged prostate that results in difficult urination. Bad News for Bikers with Enlarged Prostate
One of the antidotes/cures is to eat food rich in zinc. Where do you get food rich in zinc? The very common is seafood and oyster. There are several other sources and you will be surprised.
