One of our kapadyak had a fd derrailleur that jammed in popular biking spot. A bystander referred us to a bike shop and we saw about a hundred meters away from where the bike RD jammed. The problem escaped the attention who simply kept oiling the chain. The problem also escaped me; I simply tightened the cable which solved the problem for a while
The mechanic, son of Doods, who hails from Negros Oriental saw that the FD angle was twisted (did the bike crash? Yes). In a matter of 5 minutes the problem was solved.
And then the rear wheelset of another one whose rear wheel need alignment took a little bit more time. (They had a truing stand) He got it right but not 100% because the tire was suspect.
Great mechanic for a very young man.
