Am I all ready old?

I am past the limit of senior 70 and Filipino longevity of 70.   I am 75.    And all ready am worried when is my way.

But I try hard to maintain my health:   I visit my MD regularly and take RX meds for maintenance.   I bike

And I am still very much interested:

     1.  To upgrade my old parts in my bike

     2.   Possibly buy a disc bike  (mine is rim brake)

     3.   Buy an SUV (possibly a TLC)

     4.   Take on several B amount deals.

In this respect I am still young

The advice was (to slow down aging)

      1.  Exercise

      2.  Do occasional High Intensity Interval Training

      3.  Go with young people

I did this early in the morning today:  the exercise and HIIT

This afternoon, hung out with the young bikers at Wawa.  I wonder if I am looking much younger.

We met several young cyclists from Makati at Daang Hari, cor Bacoor.  And we thought they were sponsored by the city government.  No they were not.  So we posed and took their pictures.  Here they are:
