Biking and health
As we were resting at Pisong Kape, Master Edwin told some more stories re the Atimonan ride:
l. They were not able to cross the bridge at Pagsanjan near the church to Cavinti so had to make a long detour via Magdalena and Majayjay. They had to walk a steep ascent there.
2. They went to the house of Jeffrey in Lucban. They spent about an hour there waiting for foood preparation.
3. The group of Joel, Diego, and Armin got lost; they made the wrong turn to Bondoc peninsula. They must have gone 20 km eastward when they discovered they were lost. They had to be picked up by the truck to get to bitukang manok. It was almost 3 pm when they were all accounted for.
4. 7 days they said, DNF again. (2nd time?)
A senior thinks, rides, solves problems, repairs bikes, thinks discusses about other sports. What senior should do to keep fit

Our Sierra Madre Ride Via Sampaloc Today, May 13, 2012
Sierra Madre Ride Via Sampaloc Tanay
The Peloton, led by Smith, going up Sierra Madre from Sampaloc. Its is 9:19 am
Taking Sampaloc route to Sierra Madre Hotel
It is an unusual ride; most of the time, the Sierra Madre ride is from Antipolo, Cogeo Marcos Highway, Foremost, Garden Cottage, and then to Sierra Madre Hotel and then down to Tanay town proper, Baras, Morong, Cardona, Binangonan and then home. This time we took the opposite route via the torturous route of Sampaloc, and then to Cogeo, Olalia highway (it was a killer hill) and then home.
