Some comments:

l.  The ride to Urdaneta seemed to have been slowed down by accidents and flats.  When we and Val rode to Baguio, we rested at Bamban by 12:00  They were only in Angeles by l00 o clock.  The service vechicle losing its way to Nueva Ecija contributed a lot to the delay. The assault to Baguio was on time.

2.  I thought I was sloppy because in ride to Calauag, I got flats and crashed at Gumaca.

3.  When we biked to Caliraya I had cramps.  So I thought we were bad at the Cavinti Caliraya ride.

That means we had to train more and do more strengthening.

While we did not have plenty of picture, I was able to gather plenty of videos of other riders
