Hi welcome to Jorgeusbiker blog. I have not been posting here very often. I post the short notes at FB Jorgeusbiker Pages.
I will write about the SPD 5800 105 pedal I bought from Sean Sisik. Aside from being light, the advantage that I saw are:
1. It is wide and therefore less taxing for the shoes and legs when pedalling,
2. There is much wider clearance between the pedal and the crank, hence there is no rubbing between the shoes and the crank. The rubbing results in: ugly shades of crank paint on the shoes and vice versa. I think I had a good buy although I dud not bargain hard enough with Sean kasi student.
