I biked today to Morong via Antipolo.  I met many guys going to Morong via Cardona.

I wanted to strengthen my climbing ability and at the same time take pollution pictures.  I took many pollution pictures and arrived at Morong at almost 9 am.  There were no Recyclists in sight. 

There I saw master E.  He again broke a spoke of his Shimano RS wheel at the rear.  What could be the causes?   His fall after he broke as spoke then at Teresa must have damaged other spokes, he pedals hard;  his replacement last time was not the original Shimano RS replacement part.

I and he pedalled very slowly and it was almost 11 when we reached Angono

Green Living - Paolo Abrera

I have watched the TV show of Paolo Abrera on green livng last night.  I tried to visit the site and what I got is a post on biking.  We often see Paolo Abrera and company at Pisong Kape (at least the eatery opposite Pisong Kape.
