Wheels of Happiness

While visiting the page of Sec Noe, I came across this video about not wasting your time and putting the new year on a refresh mode. As we grow older, we forget the things that we care and be happy about. Things that inspire and make us happy.
I said earlier in my other post that upgraditis is not an affliction or addiction worthy of tokhang. It is part of our journey to seek higher and better things in life. We look for things that excite and motivate us. We look for things that make us happy. Having a fast bike that looks nice and we are proud of is something that we seek and make us smile and beam with pride.
There are other things that we can do:
1. Research about bikes
2. Visit the groups and their stories
3. Look for latest techs
4. Be inspired by other bikers
5. Get out there and be stronger and faster;
6. Get rid of your arthritis, high BS, Cholesterol and Uric Acid
7. Be happy
8. Have a goal every week about how long and how fast you will ride;
9. Enjoy the kapadyak company and kwento
10. Enjoy life above all

Why was my time slower at actual race vs practice
Wheels of Happiness

I compared my average time between the practice ride we had and the actual race. I was actually faster in the practice last Wednesday. We averaged 40 mins. per lap or that Tito actually accomplished that yesterday. But I was slower. I did it at 50 minutes per loop or even more. What could be the reason?
1. The very early morning wake up;
2. Richard pounded on my right thigh (although I attended his birthday) este nasagi ng fist of fury niya. Hahaha;
3. We started late and it was hot;
4. The race excitement.
5. I just found out today that the rear tire pressure was only 30 psi....
