 This post having read in the gc post that there will be supporters when the Pres:   1.  Gets his medico legal certificate,   2.   will file a complaint at PNP for frustrated homicide  (kasi intentional pagsipa.   He and Gerry figured in an event where a lone mc rider near the Island Gas Kicked their bikes while pedalling thereby losing control and having injuries.  And so I went to the hospital and PNP office (twice) but was not fortunate enough to meet the other kapadyak

The medico legal was supposed to be issued last Tuesday (after two weeks delay)  The President is having his second thoughts about continuing the case, there being plenty of work to do etc.   But the gc comments he must proceed for the sake of other bikers who are being mistreated looked down upon by other 4 wheel and two wheel riders.   Unrespected   Its time that we are given that -  RESPECT.

Wifey's condition became critical - developed arrhytmia, post op when given a conraindicated analgesic for her heart condition

A medical malpractice, wrong drugs? May contraindications

What do you call the disease arising from MDs mistake?  Especially  when they charge skyhigh.  Is medical malpractice practiced here in PHL?

My partner was operated on the beginning of the week and, a defunct organ causing discomfort was removed and released in the middle of the week   She was discharged noontime, however by midnight she was brought back to the hospital due to worrisome palpitation which was later on found out to be due from a new drug that was very good for treating pain but was bad for the heart and very dangerous to some individuals

    1.  Why was the medication regime not reviewed for CI and interaction;

    2.  There are 3 Mds of various specialty who attended to wifey.  Who is to be responsible;

    3.   There was a matter of fact dismissal by an attending  main MD and even joked that the complications was caused by me.  Ha6

     4.  How can this be prevented?

     5.  Why us shouldering the treatment for their mistakes.   I thought Primus Non Cicerre?   Hippocrates (hypocrites) Code.   Where na 

The ER fees for procedure (why entire procedure, when she was prechecked prior to the operations.  and why so many charges for procedure and supplies. ?   Did they really use the supplies.

In the end the pf and hospital fees an were nearly half a million,  The pf was included in the bill officially paid, but paid directly to the specialist via check(no tax withheld).   This specialty avoid paying taxes do they?   And medical malpractice like the ones that happened to the wifey is not yet popular here.  ?!.  Somebody made a mistake here and who is responsible.
