Beware of bike jackers!  Even in Pililla and Bugarin.

Criminals are everywhere

Bike jackers are heard in Boso boso and Daang Hari only.  But they have invaded our playground in Bugarin and Pililla.   Beware especially if your bike is carbon or with expensive group set.

Our own Ben nearly had his Sintensi sentenced by a bike jacker.  He was stopped by someone who grabbed his handle bar.  He brushed off the hand of the person.  The person said that his companions are waiting for him.

Two unfortunate victims were from Teresa and Binangonan.  Their expensive bikes vanished into a van which took their bikes.  It was allegedly that the dialogue was "We are borrowing your bikes (forever) please get off your bike"

Therefore:

l.  Bike with a group.  Have an MC escort if possible.  Do not bike alone

2.  You are vulnerable when it is:

      l.  Getting dark

     2.  Riding uphill

     Therefore avoid such situations and have your cellphone  available to tip off the police and remember the plate number of the vans/vehicle of the the jackers.

I nearly lost my bike to a car riding con man with Honda Civic XTM 885.  Beware bike mates and other jorgeusbiker.

The guy told that he was picking up my bike from the household help as per my instruction.  There was no such instruction.   Last night, a trick was successfully pulled off in St. Martin.  A motorcycle was taken.

Instruct your maids/househelp boys not to fall for such a con.

Take note they are very smart.
