Who has the last say? Make up your minds? Exercise, like lugaw is non essential?

Make up your mind guys.  Or you can be arrested as Un Authorized APOR.  In one checkpoint the police officers required face shield.

The unwarranted arrests, granular interpretation of orders, has sowed confusion, resentment but have not resulted in lower numbers.    Prove to us that arrests and police action vs covid reduces the morbidity???

Air pollution on my ride to Antipolo - October 20 2013

Real Cyclists

Pollution is a big problem in biking this days.  WHO recently made another announcement that air pollution cause most  the lung cancer.  Lung cancer is difficult to cure.  Earlier they announced that diesel fumes are definitely  carcinogenic.  And as we ride we are exposed to these carcinogens

Help the riders if you can -  drivers, DENR, DOTC, LTO, DOH!

They should change the name of Beverly Hills to Smokey Hills

Bike for Health

We have a standing invitation from Dra. Imee Mateo, wife of Dr. Ramon Mateo of Marikina city, to join the BikeforLungs this coming Sunday, November 27, 2011.  I mentioned this to VM, and I hope we can join this advocacy for biking, for health, and cleaner air (I hope)

This is a project of DOH.

ImmunoRel for Ivler Nebres

Have bike, we will help save the earth...

I tried to research on the drug needed by Ivler Nebres, our sick comrade.  ImmunoRel is immunoglobin, a blood component needed to treat blood disorders. Ivler needs several doses to get well.

I was told the family of Ivler can go to DOH with a letter to Sec Enrique Ona and medical certificate. It is worth trying.

Let us all help Ivler.  It is better to give than to receive.
