Doing the daily 50's, aside from biking (if you are over 50)

This post has read about the daily 50's to maintain senior health:   knee bends, lunges, push ups, arm movements, push ups to maintain optimum health

Do you observe this?  I saw my brother in law collapse and unable to support himself in a CR because his left ankle has gone bad.  He all ready uses a walker and a cane.

These are to be done in conjunction with walking, running and biking.
