In the various rides we had, we had called ourselves various names:

Real ride      -  Real Men

Tagaytay Ride  - Tagay (drinkers) Men

Caliraya Ride   -  Raya, Cali, and Panese Men

Just recently, a group of recyclists all wore red, so      -   Red Riders.

And oh I almost forgot Ado  -  Alak Man

The Japanese Memorial Garden in Caliraya, Sept l8, 20ll Ride

The main part of the ride was the tour of Japanese War Memorial Garden.  It consist of ll hectares and they charge Pl0.00 per pax.  It was built in the l970s by the Japanese government to commemorate the Japanese soldiers who died at the place during the war.  The main memorial is made up of marble and located at the elevated portion of the garden. (I think we know this one)  The remains of famous Gen Yamashita is said to be interred here.
