House of famous actress to become a tourist inn?

In my recent visit to Calatagan, learned that a private house of a famous actress is being renovated in earnest in time for the coming summer months to become a tourist inn.  It is located atop a 7,000 sm lot with a commanding view of Batangas bay and Verde Islands.  It has picture window and the bay is visible from the sala or even the bedroom.

The view is fantastic and breath taking.   However, the travel is 5 hours from where I live.   From the intersection of Lian/Nasugbu it is almost l hour drive.  From Tagaytay, it is 84 km and about 2 hours drive.  I hope there is a service training for inn/f & b staff.  As of now, the current beach resort service sorely needs upgrading.

I have often used this blogsite as posts of my travel:   Iloilo, Catbalogan, Palawan.  Today, I will post my travel/trip to Calatagan, Batangas.  It some l42 km from Angono, Rizal and home to Punta Baluarte and the Ayalas (Enzo -  Enrique Zobel Ayala)  I wonder as to whether their Hacienda has not been land reformed? I joined a corporate planning session and they did it a beach resort (service was bad although it is an expensive place.)   The view though is amazing.

Views from the house of a famous actress.  The owner of the resort has a relative surnamed del Rosario and she owns a mansion a top a hill on a 7000 sm property overlooking the bay.  The view is fantastic and plans to convert the house (it is being remodelled) to be converted into a resort destination (I hope the service is improved though)
