There are many champion marathoners from Kenya and who set world records.  Kipchoge ran a sub 2 hours marathon.  

Recently some of Athletes have been discovered to be involved in doping. 

Athletes are pressured to dope because its source of livelihood..  Epo is readily available.   (Also trimetazidine)

Our respect for Kenyan athletes has gone down. 

`New Motivation

The Armstrong doping case laid to waste all his books and tips on cycling;  likewise his coach pointers I think did not count.  Doping and drugs worked.

So why not a book on doping.

Ben proposed that the new motivation be changed from "Alak pa alak pa" by Alak man Ado who is now in Pangasinan into something cheesy.  He noticed how Papa Ric, who at 80 bikes well.  He wags his tongue.

So Ben proposed to do likewise and shout:   "P..."

Well, you can buy Alak anytime anywhere, but as for P....?

Lance Armstrong lost his 7 TDF titles from the doping case filed in US and whose witnesses are Americans and former team mates.  We will never know the truth behind this case, as some of the witnesses are confessed liars.

Is there a sliver of truth that he did not cheat in his biking career?

If he did then all  the books on biking about him, and by his coach Chris Carmichael would just go to the dustbins of history as all lies and hypocrisy.
