Wheels of Happiness

November 13, 2016
Despite some controversial news that came out last week (Trump win, SC approval on Marcos burial at the LBNMB) is had something to be happy about. After weeks of difficulty of having double vision due to eye infection,, my vision returned to normal since Wednesday. Last Saturday, I tried biking for 10 km and I was able to do this safely.
This morning I rode 20 km. To top it all, I was able to sprint, ride at pace and even overtook some riders. (One that I overtook at Bilibiran, reached the convention center when I was going back from Montevideo.
This noon, I tried my hand blogging again. Welcome my friends.
For some unknown reason, the number of page views went up by a factor of 5 while I was absent from the blog

Why I am always behind in our bike rides?
Real Cyclists
Angono, Rizal PHL | July 31, 2013
I used to wonder why I am always behind the bike rides;
l. First of all age matters (am a senior 62)
2. I take pictures of the ride; for the blog/facebook
3. I still have the pack one pack all attitude especially the rescue/sweeper mentally in mountain trekking. You do not mind your own safety and you make sure that your companions are OK. Hence when master had two more flats, I made sure that I stood by him.
I do not know whether it is a strength or weakness?

Gerry Cataps Has not Seen My Blogs?
Have bike, we will help save the earth...
Last Wednesday, I learned that Gerry Cataps, one of the Gaymen, Real Men, the guy whom I have ridden in most of the hard bike rides has not seen 95% of the blog. And so I volunteered to show him at my office on my laptop the blog posts for this site. And he was quite happy and surprised that we have so many and so nice blog entries.
I suppose our other bikemates and other Recyclists_2010 have not seen the blog also. I will bring plenty of calling cards on Sunday to distribute?

The Only Blogspot You Will Ever Need on Biking
"Mens sana en corpora sano" Sound mind in a sound body.
This is a significant achievement for me. I have gathered a wealth of information for bikers on biking history, bike magazine, safety, riding, ride tours. If is saw something like this before, I would not have spent much on books and mistakes. Go ahead and enjoy. Some updates:
l. I am well past my l00th blogpost. I am into my l50th.
2. I have gone over the hill - past the 500 visits.
3. Most of the readers are from the US; not from the Philippines. Thank you bikers from the USA
4. I had the most number of visits, over the weekend, when I started adding slides from slideshare.
5. I added an analog clock and widgets of sexy swimwear as added attraction. to make the blog more attractive and interesting.
Thank you for following and reading.
