Side pull FD technology - more efficient and less obstruction with the rear wheel; however adapter is hard to find

I just got the latest xt FD however i cant use this nor install this because of the lack of this adapter.

The cable comes out of `1/8 of the slope tube.   It is supposed to be more efficient.
