Which type of Alum frame: 6061 or 7005

You often seen the grade of Alum used in bikes:   6061 or 7005,  The other MTB is marked 7005?  What does the alum grade mean?

The alloys in the 6061 series are:

      Magnesium - 0.8 - 1.2%

      Silicon           0.4 - 0.6%

      Copper         0.15 -0.4

      Iron               up to 0.7

7005 on the other hand contains:

     Zinc -            4.5%

     Magnesium   1.4%

Which one is better?  It is 6061.  Not because the other number is higher does it mean it is better.  But 7005 is more durable...
