As I biked yesterday from Angono to Antipolo, I noticed PUSO lined up along the street and that the portion of the road was blocked and that there were hundreds of young people walking or running wearing Red Cross singlets.  I thought that there was a race.





This a welcome sign that more and more people are conscious of their health.  They walk, jog, run. All to sweat, remove toxins in their body to be healthy

                    Most walked, very few jogged

                        They are supposed to be running
