As I biked (I think it was at Km l02 thereabouts), I saw I horse tied to as traffic sign that says, " Accident Prone Area) and with the name of the horse on it? (was it? Or was it a public official with an E on it) I looked comical to me and I was about to ask the horse if that was his name (straight from the horse mouth) But he had a horse sense and kept quiet and went on with his noontime meal.
Oh he has a mane.!!!
Advise to horse owners: dont shame your public officials by tying your horse next to their political ads. Please
