This post noticed that the counsel for a famous (notorious) personality in the flood control scandal, is a leader in the cycling community and a kapadyak. Its really advocacy on the part of counsel. It is their duty their job to protect their clients
The said individual is a purveyor of right behavior in the private cycling group at a soc media platform
I have been unable to ride since the cataract surgery because of unbalanced vision. The left eye is clear; the right eye is not. So sometimes it is clear and sometimes it is not. I better wait until the right eye is done and that is on October 1. Right now am just being careful. The vids and other advice from those who had the operations said: no hard exertions, no exercise and no SI.
If ever I can resume riding by November of December.
I had my much antiicpated tension filled eye cataract surgery at Galileo Surgicenter from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. The actual operation (FLACS) took merely 20 minutes at most: the first part the laser part, which the doctor said was 80% of the procedure took seconds - less than a minute. The removal of the cataract and the installation of the lens (a Zeiss multifocal) took longer about 15 minutes. Its the waiting time and the prep that took time: dilation of the pupil, waiting for others ahead of me to finish their operation.
Dr. Liza Sarenas, and Dr. Carlos Naval did the proceduure. Dr. Naval was a GSB student (and he said it was 2 decades ago) and he waived his PF. Thank you Dr. He did so much so that the patient experience would be AI. Congratulations Dr. for having upped the business side of the surgicenter.
As for my experience. There was no pain, a little discomfort. The vision was not so good immediately afterwards, but 4 hours after, it was very clear. Great Vision.
I now mind my eye drops: one anti biotic and another an eye lubricant.
